Our Project.

Hello fellow bloggers my name is Shannon and I am taking part in a project with 3 fellow students in my year at Nowra Anglican College, Nate Jones, Amy Sammut, Caleb Liddicoat. Our project is based on the asset Ex Servicemens Cricket Club. We have chosen this asset as it appealed to us, as a couple of our group are cricketers that take part in the Shoalhaven competition. We will be promoting and advertising the club. It helps the community to unite people together.  What it has provided for the cricket club is an outstanding field which has made training fun and enjoyable, it is also a safe and well maintained field (done by a curator), with excellent facilities for the players. ie. nets, change rooms, pavilion for players, friends and their families. This has made exservos club a great place to play and train for cricket. The club has various age groups from under 10's all the way to 1st grade cricket. The Club also runs programs such as the milo cricket program which helps young cricketers around the ages of 4-8 years of age to give them an insight into cricket and how it is played so when they get to the junior division they can be the best they can be.
The club is based in Worrigee to the left of the Ex Servicemens club located near the golf course.
